New Years Preparation

Happy Holidays to all! I hope you've had a nice christmas however you've spent it.

So christmas has come and gone and now it's time to welcome the new year. Are you prepared?

Some people get stressed thinking about a new year, new resolutions, new...everything.
A new year usually means a new beginning, It's like mondays when you start a new diet instead of on a wednesday.
Well it's a good thing, a new fresh start but not necessary, it could just be a continous story of something already started. It all depend on how you look at it.
If you think this year hasn't been the way you wished it to be, you can start the new year with some resolutions or plans for next year. If you think this year has been good you simply continue your future journey.

Because life is like a journey, you never know exactly what's going to happen.
That's the good thing about life. I am so curious what life has in store for me.

But you can help life on the way by simply making up some plans for your life. Maybe this year it's time you took that course you've been longing for? Or time to make that trip you've talked about for ages?
It doesn't have to be a long list of things you Must complete within this year. Make a list and tell yourself that if you do at least 2 things out of 10 it's good.
You are not supposed to feel pressured that you have to do everything on the list, or anything at all.

If there are certain thing you have to do, like something workrelated that you really don't want to do then you have to find ways of dealing with it. Like trying to get someone else to do it if possible, if not possible you have to accept the situation and prepare yourself mentally so you can handle whatever it is well.

Well and then there's the new years party to think about. Preparations for The Perfect Party.
My suggestion: Cool it down a bit, it doesn't have to be the fanciest party, people will remember a nice atmosphere more than cool decorations. It's the people that make the party. :)

What ever life has in store for you I wish you all a Happy New year!!
